Monastic austerity, baroque opulence and contemporary flair, these exciting contrasts can be found in the Augustinian Wing. The oratory of the Augustinian monastery became the imperial family dining room in the early 19th century.
This prestigious room with its rich fruit garlands of white stucco in the barrel vault is particularly well suited for dinners, readings and concerts. For smaller events such as presentations and press conferences, but also for private parties, the Refectory, Van Swieten Room and the Lounge are also available, individually or as an exclusive ensemble.
