Ariadne has particularly prioritised making women- and gender-related journals held by the Austrian National Library accessible. We can offer you specific directories and indices for historic documents and current periodicals. Not every issue of each periodical is available. The focus is mainly on historic Austrian women's journals. Most of these have been digitalised and are accessible via the portals ANNO, ÖNB Digital and ALO.
The Augustinian Reading Room will be closed on February 10, 2025. As a substitute, the Reading Room of the Collection of Manuscripts and Old Prints (Josefsplatz 1 in the left wing of the building, Manuscripts Staircase 2nd floor) will be available during regular opening hours.
