The following documents have to be submitted with this application:

Official photo ID (e.g. passport, student’s ID, employee ID)*

Proof of current professional scientific activity*

Proof (documents not older than 3 months) of current professional scientific activity (including the writing of dissertations or habilitation treatises) or a publication project (confirmation by the institute, employer or publisher).

The transmitted documents will be deleted after the approval process has been completed. The application form and proof of current academic activity are excluded from this. These documents are deleted 14 months after they have been submitted.

The transmitted documents are checked and the data entered into our user database for the purpose of issuing an annual ticket with special authorization or, in the case of an extension, compared with this.
