The following documents have to be submitted with this application:

Proof of place of residence by means of an official certificate of registration*

Official photo ID (e.g. passport, student’s ID, employee ID)*

Proof of your need for a borrower’s card due to scientific or professional activities*

Proof of your need for a borrower’s card due to scientific or professional activities (habilitation treatise, dissertation, scientific or research project, scientific publication). The documents should not be older than 3 months.

The transmitted documents will be deleted after the approval process has been completed. The application form and proof of current academic activity are excluded from this. These documents are deleted 14 months after they have been submitted.

The transmitted documents are checked and the data entered into our user database for the purpose of issuing an annual ticket with special authorization or, in the case of an extension, compared with this.
