Free information
Basic information and the answering of simple enquiries that can be handled within 30 minutes (e.g. publisher information, supplementing of bibliographical quotes, brief biographical information, etc.) are free of charge.

Order searches
We are happy to research for you in the wealth of information materials from the unique holdings of the Austrian National Library. We look forward to receiving your enquiry.

Individual advice
Would you like to do your own research but are unsure about the right search strategy? We are happy to provide you with support in the course of an individual consultation so that you can make the best use of information sources available.

Costs
For research work lasting longer than 30 minutes, as well as individual consultations, we charge € 25.00 per half an hour (regardless of whether the desired information result can be achieved or not).You only incur costs once the free research time has expired and a research order is made. Please note that reproductions are subject to an additional charge.
