Museums opening hours
We are very pleased that the State Hall, the Literature Museum and all reading rooms are open again after the corona-related closing time. The House of Austrian History as well as the Papyrus, Globe and Esperanto Museum follow on Wednesday, July 1. Click » here for more opening hours.
The safety of our visitors is our top priority. Therefore, hand disinfectants are available at all locations. We ask you to always keep the minimum distance of one meter (exception: people who live in the same household). Wearing a mouth and nose mask is recommended, it is only mandatory for all participants of guided tours (except children under 6 years of age) and for events with seating (when entering the museum, the mouth and nose mask is to be worn, which can be taken off after taking the seat and must be put on again when leaving the seat).
