Due to a compulsary employees meeting the Library at the Heldenplatz, the Department of Manuscripts and Rare Books and the Archives of the Austrian Folk Song Institute do not open until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday 7 November. For all the other facilities of the Austrian National Library the regular opening hours are valid.
