Get a picture from us
With over three million objects of various historical types of media, the Picture Archives and Graphics Department is Austria’s largest centre of pictorial documentation. It is an archive, library, scientific picture agency and reproduction service point for picture orders from all the departments of the Austrian National Library.
Opening hours library and departments
On the following days the Library at Heldenplatz and the departments will remain closed: January 1 and 6. On all other days regular opening hours are valid.
