Prices of admission
For the museum precincts of the Austrian National Library the following prices of admission are current (in euros).
Prices of admission as from Nov 13, 2012
Free admission to all museum areas for children and young people under 19 years.
Tickets are available at the cash desk, or online through the Ticket-Shop (in German).

Free admission to all museum areas for the members of the Association of Friends of the Austrian National Library, for ICOM-members or holders of the „Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur" culture pass. One-time free admission to all museum areas for holders of the NÖ-Card (Universal weekticket).
Cancellation fees
If a booking for a guided tour is cancelled less than 3 working days before the appointed tour date, cancellation fees will be charged. (School class or student group tours: 20 Euros; cancellation charge for all other tours: 40 Euros.)
The Ticket-Shop (tickes and guided tours) will not offer refunds or exchanges, when services that have been paid for are not taken up.
