Projects carried out by Ariadne itself or in cooperation
was set up in 1992 at the Austrian National Library as a documentary service specialising in women’s issues, and accepted holdings of specifically women’s issues in a particular manner. Among our tasks are:
- Collection and editing of literature on women, feminism, and gender studies
- Announcing the historical holdings
- Setting up of a database on female- and gender-specific literature
- Giving advice on research and carrying it out
