The aim of this one day seminar is to improve your accuracy
and fluency when dealing with English speakers at work.
Course participants can expect to
- revise / learn library terminology
- simulate everyday library situations e.g. explaining library
services to users, dealing with complaints, the refernce
interview
- discuss current library issues
- develop their speaking skills through discussion, role
play and student-centred activities and receive language
feedback
