Publications
One volume is published in the Profile series of books each year, focusing on a particular thematic topic. Contributions from renowned experts in the field, as well as high-quality reproductions of original materials provide lively access to authors and the world of letters.
The journal Sichtungen, is published in partnership with the Manuscript Collection of the Vienna Library, of Vienna City Hall. It is dedicated to an interdisciplinary approach to the complex of topics surrounding ‘archives’, ‘libraries’ and ‘the study of literature’. A particular area of strength is questions relating to the theory and practice of indexing bequests and autographic materials (www.onb.ac.at/sichtungen-neu/).
In addition, volumes about major research topics and exhibitions are published occasionally in the Forschung and Kataloge series.
